1.2. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery
2.1. Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout prior to final payment.
2.2. We currently offer shipping across India.
2.3. Estimated delivery timelines are 5–10 business days from the date of dispatch, subject to location and courier availability.
2.4. Delivery timelines are estimates only. We do not guarantee delivery dates and are not liable for delays caused by courier companies, customs, natural calamities, or unforeseen events.
3. Shipment Confirmation and Tracking
3.1. Customers will receive a shipment confirmation email/SMS containing the tracking number once the order has been dispatched.
3.2. Tracking details may take up to 24–48 hours to be activated by the courier service.
4. International Shipping
4.1. At present, we do not offer international shipping.

5. Risk of Loss and Damages
5.1. All shipments are made on an FOB (Free on Board) shipping point basis. Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon delivery of the order to the carrier.

5.3. In the event of a damaged or missing package, we will assist customers in raising a claim with the courier service; however, we do not guarantee reimbursement or replacement.
6. Incorrect or Insufficient Address
6.1. Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at the time of placing the order.
6.2. We are not liable for delays, non-delivery, or loss of shipment arising from incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
